This Privacy Policy describes how the Sudoku 33 mobile application ("the App") handles your information. The App is developed and maintained by Luiz Madeira.
This policy applies to all users of the App, including children under the age of 13.
Data We Do NOT Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to external servers
- Photos, contacts, or any other device content
- Behavioral or tracking data
- Financial or payment information
Local Storage
All game progress (completed levels, attempt counts, and scores) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us or any third party.
Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social features. No data is shared with any third party.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The App is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Because we collect no data whatsoever, the App fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy .
Permissions
The App requests no sensitive Android permissions. No access to camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or network is required or requested.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated in the future, the new version will be published at this URL. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
